Cerebellum-inspired adaptive control on Loihi

A spiking adaptive controller inspired by the cerebellum, running on Intel's Loihi chip and controlling a simulated two-joint robot arm in closed loop, in real time.

What it does

A neural control model inspired by the cerebellum drives a simulated two-joint robot arm in closed loop, with the spiking controller running on a Loihi chip. The controller adapts in the loop rather than relying on a hand-built dynamics model.
